Phone Harrassment?
I am being harrassed by a telemarketer. I have begged, been nice and been really nasty to get them to stop calling. It is an online pharmacy company that I once ordered from 2 years ago. This is my cell phone they are calling and it does cost me money. I refuse to change my number to stop the harrassment. I don’t feel that I should have to do that. Of course, I could not answer my phone but I don’t feel I should have to do that either since I pay for my phone service and they have not been invited to call. My question is….Is it illegal for me to get an air horn and blow their eardrums up everytime they call? Nothing else has worked and I am at my wits end.

Retin-a Without A Prescription?
Sigh…my insurance does not cover my Retin-A RX and it costs $150/tube. I found it online at a number of Canadian and other international pharmacies, but the whole thing seems sketchy to me. Can anyone recommend a reputable online pharmacy or other source where I could get Retin-A without a prescription for a reasonable cost? Thanks!

In previous article (see: beware with fake generic drugs) I have mention about how to buy genuine prescription drugs on the net. At this time I want to show you a shortcut to recognizing in good standing online pharmacies, so you don’t have to check all the entire sites for make you sure about the credibilities of the online pharmacy.
The way that I want to show you is by seeing the certificate/seal attached on the homepage. There are many verification programs on the net with aim to certify or identify in good standing online pharmacy. I guess many of them are qualified and have their own criteria to certify the online pharmacy. But it’s better for you just to know the popular one since most of the in good standing online pharmacies use that certificate, along with other certificates as a supplement.
In my opinion, those popular online pharmacy certificates are two:
1. Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites (VIPPS)
VIPPS identifies online pharmacy sites that are appropriately licensed. It verify all necessary state pharmacy licenses, the Pharmacist-in-Charge licenses and patients right to privacy. By seeing VIPPS seal attached on the site, you can be sure with the credibility.

2. Pharmacy Checker
Pharmacy checker certificate indicates that a website markets prescription drugs dispensed from a pharmacy in good standing.
It verify:
• Valid pharmacy license (U.S., Canada, other accepted country)
• Valid U.S. DEA registration if selling controlled substances
• Patients right to privacy and secure online transaction
• Requiring of original prescription prior to ordering
• Correct contact information on site
• Compliance of Pharmacy Standards Agreement
