During the meeting before the ECW/SmackDown! tapings yesterday, Batista asked Stephanie McMahon what he could do legally about his name being included in the recent media reports, citing publicly in front of the crew that he had never received anything from the online pharmacy companies. Stephanie told him that was an issue he and his attorneys should look into, also mentioning that she was under the impression he was already doing that (which would mean a civil lawsuit seeking damages).
Batista claims that there was no connection between him and the pharmacies and he is very upset at Sports Illustrated and other media outlets for reporting his name.http://www.wrestlezone.com/article.php?a…

Actually technically he’s one that you could believe that he wasnt on juice. Only because he worked as a bouncer for for what 10 years before he got into wrestling and his body is in porportion to. If he was any bigger then i’d say he was on the juice but i think he could be legit. I say go get em Dave

No one will get help from a McMahon, and if he is right, I hope he wins that law suit. But; Remember there are four Major On-line Pharmacies and Signiture is only one.

After the first of November! All new suspensions will be disclosed publicly. The ten suspended wrestlers were all receiving On-line steroids, a Felony. Choice is disclose or face charges or both.
The Wellness Policy has failed to account, so far. WWE reports more suspensions will follow before November. First time 30 day’s, second time 60 day’s, third time fired.
? Online media reports that three or five “unnamed” already fired; BUT {timeline’s blurred, so that may be old news or prior suspensions?} & {one of the ten being fired is persistently reported, unconfirmed and multi-sourced}?

WWE must reply, respond and resolve, under threat of congressionally forced bankruptcy {power to halt all activities.} McMahon family’s removal will cure all!
For the rest of this year wrestling events will suffer, look to the long-term effects. Bigger and Better things will always result.

I don’t like him, but he could go for it.
If they said he was apart of it and he wasn’t then he would have grounds to sue them. If they reported it, and it was found that they lied then he would win the case. His lawyers would just have to prove that SI and other media places reported bad information that put a bad image on his character. The person not his wrestling character. If they proved that he could get millions in damages. People do this type of thing all the time.

I dont see what he’s so mad about. It’s not like they were reporting that he comitted murder or something. Even if he does sue, people will still think he’s on steroids(I dont think he is though but one may never know).

yeah it’s messed up. What happened to the wrestling 10 years ago when the outside media wasn’t involve. See it’s becuase of that it makes things worst for wrestling and the wwe.

I say that he should go ahead and sue these little *******, because I have strongly believed (for a LONG time) that he was NEVER on steroids in the first place. Sue them for every penny they have is what I also say.
I also believe him when he says he had NOTHING to do with those horrid companies.
