Ok my family’s new cat has fleas, I have tried a few prescription strength and OTC flea medicines for our cats but the only one that has worked and continued to work is Revolution for Cats. I have a lady friend that works as a veterinary assistant and I asked her if I could bring in my cat to complete the charade so I can buy more Revolution legitimately now since the online pet drug site I used to just get it from shipped from overseas also requires a prescription for it just like all the RL pet pharmacies would. The problem is she says her place doesn’t have Revolution, but I can’t see why they can’t just look at the cat and write a prescription for Revolution anyway and leave the rest to me. Just because a certain place writes you a pet prescription does not require you to fill it with them, or is this some stubborn veterinary practice?!
